Broiled Orange Roughy - Nancy F, Wausau

1 ½  lbs fresh or frozen orange roughy, red snapper or haddock fillets, thawed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup butter melted
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup teriyaki sauce (can substitute soy sauce)
Paprika

Place the fillets in a shallow dish; sprinkle with garlic powder.  Combine the butter, lemon juice and teriyaki (or soy) sauce; pour over fish and turn.  Marinade for 10 minutes.  Drain and discard marinade.  Place fillets on a broiler pan.  Broil 3-4 in from the heat for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.  Sprinkle with paprika.
